1- No money refunded when goods are returned or exchanged.
2- It is not possible to return the items after using them (tiling-installing) .
3- When delivering the order and before signing the DO , the client must check up if there is any breakage in the items , since no refund after delivering goods .
4- Goods are exchanged in the following cases only :
-Within one week from the delivery date.
- The items must be in good condition and there is still available quantity from its type at our warehouse .
